Overview:
After the dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet pipe of the dust collector, it first hits the dust baffle, and most of the dust falls into the ash hopper, which plays the role of pre-dust collection. When the dust-laden gas passes through the inner filter bag under the negative pressure of the system, the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas passes through the filter bag and enters the clean air box, and enters the exhaust main pipe from the outlet through the exhaust valve and passes through the fan. It is discharged into the atmosphere from the chimney; the dust on the filter bag is sprayed into the filter bag with clean and dry compressed gas to make the filter bag bulge to shake off the dust on the surface and fall into the ash hopper; the dust in the ash hopper of the dust collector is Under the action of the sealed unloader, the ash hopper is transported out in time.
