Overview
Cartridge dust collectors are divided into two types: side-mounted and vertical;
1. The principle of the side-mounted filter cartridge dust collector: the filter cartridge of the side-mounted filter cartridge dust collector is inserted and installed horizontally. The wind speed slows down, and the heavier dust falls to the funnel; the lighter dust is filtered by the filter cartridge with the gas, and adheres to the surface of the filter cartridge; the clean air is discharged from the windmill chimney through the air outlet. Because the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the upper part of the equipment, the falling direction of the dust is consistent with the direction of the air flow, so the pressure loss of this type of dust removal equipment is small. This type of dust removal equipment occupies a small area and is widely used in powder feeding, packaging dust, welding fume, plastic dust and other working conditions.
2. The principle of the vertical filter cartridge dust collector: the filter cartridge of the vertical filter cartridge dust collector is installed vertically on the ground, and the suction port is generally set in the middle or bottom of the equipment. The wind speed slows down, and the heavier dust falls to the funnel; the lighter dust is filtered by the filter cartridge with the gas, and adheres to the surface of the filter cartridge; the clean air is discharged from the windmill chimney through the air outlet. The vertical dust collector can be fixed with a chuck or a screw, which is easy to install; this type of dust removal equipment has a small footprint and is widely used in powder feeding, packaging dust, welding fume, plastic dust and other working conditions.

Field of application
It is widely used in the suction and recovery of dust produced by grinding machines, metal cutting, casting, chemical industry, building materials, pharmaceuticals, food processing and other related equipment. It has a good dust removal effect on sand dust, metal dust, talc powder, bakelite powder, etc.
