Process principle:
Air flotation is a solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation process, mainly used to separate and remove tiny suspended solids, colloids, oil or grease substances that are difficult to settle in water and whose density is close to or smaller than water. During the air flotation process, a large number of fine and uniform air bubbles are generated to form a three-phase mixture of air bubbles, water, and floc (oil). On the surface of the liquid, the scum is removed by a mechanical scraper to achieve the purpose of separating impurities and purifying water quality.
In the high-efficiency air flotation system, the waste water enters the air flotation reaction tank first, and the flocculation reaction is carried out by dosing and stirring, so that the pollutants in the waste water gather into larger alum flower-like particles, which flow into the air-water contact area of the air flotation tank by self-flow through the pipeline. The dissolved air releaser in the contact area releases the dissolved air water formed by pressurizing the air in the dissolved air system under reduced pressure, forming countless tiny bubbles, and fine particles and colloidal pollutants in the wastewater adhere to the bubbles. In the separation chamber, as the air bubbles rise to the liquid level, scum is formed, which is scraped into the sludge treatment system by the mud scraper, and the air flotation clean water flows to the air flotation clean water tank by itself.
