Principle overview:

The integrated MBR sewage treatment equipment is mainly used to treat domestic sewage and similar industrial organic wastewater. It is a new sewage treatment technology that organically combines membrane separation technology and biological treatment technology. It takes membrane separation technology as the core, and through biological treatment process, To achieve high-quality sewage treatment effect. MBR uses the solid-liquid separation process of membrane modules to replace the traditional sedimentation process, which can effectively remove solid suspended particles and organic particles. Compared with the traditional process, the MBR process can make the activated sludge have a high MLSS (sludge concentration ) value, prolong its residence time in the reactor, increase the nitrogen removal rate and the degradation of organic matter, and at the same time greatly reduce the sludge production in the sewage treatment process (theoretically, the sludge production is zero).
