Process principle:
High-efficiency filter, also known as high-efficiency fiber filter, can be added flocculant in the suction pipe section of the water inlet pump. The flocculant and raw water will be mixed quickly and evenly by the stirring action of the pump impeller, and the fine suspended solids and colloidal substances in the raw water will be separated. microflocculation reaction. After the raw water is pressurized, it enters the internal water distribution structure of the high-speed filter for uniform water distribution. After the flocculation reaction, the raw water passes through the filter bed, and a large number of micro flocs are intercepted. The turbidity of the effluent water from the initial filtration generally does not meet the requirements. At this time, the effluent water is called positive washing drainage. The positive washing drainage is discharged through pipelines. The positive washing drainage must be inspected in time. After the turbidity of the effluent water reaches the standard, switch the valve and it will pass. The water is sent to the clear water tank or other pipelines. Until the filtration head loss reaches the set value or reaches the set filtration time or the effluent turbidity is unqualified, it is a filtration cycle. Backwashing is required at this time. When backwashing, clean water is sucked by the backwash pump through the bottom of the filter, and the filter bed is loosened from bottom to top for 1-2 minutes, then stop water washing and change to air washing for 3-5 minutes, then backwash with air and water for 8-10 minutes, and finally wash with water for 3 minutes -4min. The whole backwashing process is about 20min. Filter again after backwashing.
Features:
◇ High filtration precision and fast filtration speed: the removal rate of suspended solids in water can reach more than 95%, the filtration speed is generally 40m/h, and the highest can reach 60m/h;
◇ Long filtration period and large pollutant holding capacity: the filtration period is 12-48 hours, and the pollutant holding capacity is 15-30Kg/m3, which is more than 4 times that of ordinary filters;
◇ Low water consumption rate for backwashing: backwashing water consumption is less than 1-2% of cycle filtration water volume;
◇ Less dosing amount, low operating cost: The flocculant dosage is 1/2-1/3 of the conventional technology, and the cycle water production is high.
◇ Low project comprehensive investment cost: Due to the fast filtering speed of the filter material, the equipment occupies a small area, and the total project cost can be saved by 30%-40% compared with the traditional sand filter.

The high-speed filter can be widely used in the separation of impurities in the water treatment process. It works normally in a wide range of filtration speeds. It has good adaptability to the concentration and changes of suspended solids in raw water, and can remove various pollutants in raw water.
