Overview:
Our company's fully automatic integrated dosing device uses metering pumps as the main dosing equipment, dissolving medicine tanks, agitators, liquid level gauges, safety valves, check valves, pressure gauges, pipelines, valves, bases, escalators, control The system, etc. are assembled on a common platform according to the process flow to form a combined unit. Equipped with stirring system, dosing system and automatic control system, several fixed types can be combined into a whole. The dosing process can be operated manually or through various instruments, stroke controllers, etc. to make it an electromechanical integration product to realize automatic control.
The dosing volume and dosing pressure of the dosing device can be selected according to the needs of the industrial process, and the appropriate metering pump can be selected. There are a variety of materials to choose from, such as carbon steel (carbon steel lining rubber), stainless steel, non-metallic materials (PE, PVC, PP, PTFE).
