Industrial vacuum cleaners play the role of dust removal and purification in industrial production workshops, and are used to collect waste media particles, industrial dust, metal chips and liquids such as oil and water generated during industrial production, operation and transportation. At present, the common industrial vacuum cleaners on the market can be divided into two types: electric vacuum cleaner and pneumatic vacuum cleaner. Electric industrial vacuum cleaners are mostly rectangular or model-shaped, divided into two parts, the front part is the dust box, the rear part is the motor part, mainly electric, can undertake a medium range of cleaning tasks, but the smaller dust particles handled are not ideal. Pneumatic industrial vacuum cleaners are powered by compressed air and do not use power supply, which can reduce energy consumption on a large part of Chengdu. In terms of safety, because there is no spark from mechanical friction, the risk of workplace air hazards can be reduced when dust removal is carried out in some chemical plants. Especially when dust removal in power-sensitive areas, pneumatic dust suction equipment can make dust removal efficiency higher.
